The Sõrve Sõbrad Committee opened registrations earlier this year to help manage growing participant numbers and increasing NSW Office of Sport & Recreation costs.
Early registrations also help us better plan and accommodate everyone, while avoiding the last-minute rush before camp.
As mentioned during the AGM, the make up of camp changes each year and while we will always try and be as consistent as possible, some things may need to change at times to accommodate increased numbers within a certain age group. We appreciate your understanding on this.
Elanikud are generally aged 8-18. Participants aged 18 years or older who wish to register as an Elanik must have completed Year 12 (or an equivalent qualification) no earlier than the year before camp.
For example, to register as an Elanik for Sõrve 2027, you must have completed Year 12 during 2026.
If you completed Year 12 more than 12 months before the camp, we encourage you to take a gap year, register as an adult participant, or volunteer with Sosin or Suur Mäng. All participants 18 years or older will need a valid WWCC.
If you register on or before 31 July 2026, you must also pay by this date to secure the Early Bird rate, otherwise you will be reissued an invoice for the Full Fee.

2027 Part-time Fees
Part-time fees include accommodation and 3 meals. To help with planning, priority for beds will be given to full-time participants over part-time participants.

Payment Methods
We are pleased to offer different options to pay your fees – Direct Debt, BPay, Apple Pay, PayPal and credit card. Note: fees may apply.
Direct transfer into our bank account is the best way to avoid fees. For more details, please refer to the invoice sent from MYOB.
Please allow 2 weeks for invoices to be raised. If you do not pay by 31 July 2026, you will be issued a new invoice with the price for the next booking window.
Cancellation Policy
Please email admin@sorve.org.au to cancel a booking (verbal cancellations will not be accepted). The following dates align with NSW Sport & Recreation cancellation windows:
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification prior to 5pm AEST 31 October 2026 will receive a 100% refund
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification between 1 November – 5pm AEST 30 November 2026, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled after 5pm AEST 30 November 2026.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving bank details
